We believe countries need to go well beyond National AI strategies, and strike the right balance between risk mitigation and true innovation.

We believe all countries will need to transform to an AI-centric economy, just like they did with the internet-based economies.

We believe smaller population and emerging market countries must proactively and powerfully grasp AI and its enormous impact on their economies, industries, companies and citizens. These countries must act with urgency, agility, passion, conviction and great insight to thrive in a world that is quickly becoming AI-centric.

We believe countries, companies and professional services firms need to selectively partner with Silicon Valley AI behemoths and startups while at the same time plan carefully for key aspects of AI sovereignty, data independence & local AI ecosystem development.

We believe countries need to carefully and powerfully align government, industry and academia when it comes to AI.

We believe countries need to create a bespoke AI Playbook, taking into account several factors including their population size, resources available, political alignment, appetite at the national level, traditional economic base and overall ambition vis-a-vis AI.

We believe AI legislation and regulation will not keep up with AI’s technological advances. Legislation and regulation has never kept up with technology advances, and AI is about as complex and fast moving as it gets.

We believe AI ethics are in their infancy, and it’s a long and winding path to get it right, particularly at global scale.
